Kimberly Keigley born and raised in Southwest Lower Michigan, Kim is passionate about family, friends, community, and all things-houses. She is the daughter and grand-daughter of successful entrepreneurs. She graduated Cum Laude from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a degree in Business Management and Marketing and a minor in Finance.

Her business sense and marketing ability has proven well for her clients. She has a keen ability for property valuation, is a seasoned negotiator and works well with all those in the industry. She simply knows what it takes to be successful and how to get her clients to the closing table. Making the home buying or selling process a smooth transition is Kim’s utmost consideration for her clients.

Kim and her husband Tyson reside along with their children Kaitlin, Madylin and Carson in Berrien Springs and are members of Trinity Lutheran Church. Aside from spending time with her family, friends and her children’s sporting events, Kim also loves to cook, decorate her home and office, boat on Lake Michigan, and travel with her family. Most notably she enjoys talking “business” and making plans for the future with Tyson over a glass of wine and a golf-cart ride.

Cassondra Rudlaff Kennedy is a real estate agent at Coastline Realty Group located in the heart of Berrien Springs, MI. She is the daughter of Marty Rudlaff and Michelle Kellogg, oldest of three, and a Berrien Springs High School graduate. She currently resides in Niles with her husband Brecken Kennedy, also a real estate salesperson licensed in the State of Indiana, and their husky Kona. Cassondra is also licensed in Indiana to better serve her clients.

Cassondra enjoys doing things for her community. She has taken part in the Trinity Lutheran School Board, Backpacks 4 Berrien, taken part in several charity auctions, and she continues to look for more ways to give back. Her focus has been to make the home buying and selling process as stress free and as fun as possible!

Competitive by nature, she loves the challenge of the industry! “One of my favorite things about this business is getting those listings that have been on the market for quite some time or have gone through several realtors, and to be the one that gets the deal done in favorable time,” she says. If you are looking for someone who will put you first, treat you like family, and get the job done then Cassondra is your Hometown Real Estate Girl.

Corey is the son of hard-working and upstanding parents who have lived, served, and worked in the community for many decades.

Corey’s top priorities when working with clients are providing personalized service for each individual, couple, or family based on their particular needs and situation, making sure each client feels valued, and that their wants, wishes, and desires are met to the best of his ability.

Corey and his wife, Angela, and their three boys, Cael, Cavan, and Cam, reside on the banks of Lake Chapin in Berrien Springs. They have been members of Berrien Center Bible Church their entire lives. Corey enjoys the simple things in life and his highest priorities are his faith in God and spending time with his family. Growing up on beautiful Lake Chapin he loves all things water including boating, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing with his boys, and spending time outdoors and in nature. His love of history has led him to a passion for historic homes and antique cars, tractors, and farm equipment. He and his sons have begun a tradition of driving antique Allis Chalmers tractors in the Berrien Springs 4th of July parade every year.

As a lifelong resident of Southwest Michigan, he has a strong desire to see and facilitate growth, progress, beautification, preservation of historically significant property and landmarks, and cohesion within his own and surrounding communities. He truly enjoys working with clients throughout the home buying process until they have found the place they desire to call ‘home’.
